This bouquet of new aromas and flavours contains not just my creations. Each jar holds little pieces of my life, memories and dreams. Each jar embodies happiness in knowing that you, especially children, enjoy meals that open up your culinary frontiers to explore new tastes. Each jar tells its own story, which I am delighted to share with you.

My vision is to bridge cultures & cuisines through spices. Connect people & inspire healthier communities. Create unique flavours, something pure and beautiful, which makes food magical and nourishing for others.

Placing my spice blends in your kitchens is my way of encouraging you to create your own magic, while letting you into mine. To me, this is a vital ingredient in sharing culinary experiences that transcends borders. Cook well, eat well, live well. Because, food is love.

Sustainable Table

Devaky Sivadasan takes you on a unique, soul comforting culinary experience with her cuisine of spices. Where India meets Provence, a subtle blend of emotions, one never overpowering the other, rather the two flowing into each other in measured tones, merging into each other sensually, yet retaining their own unique identities while creating something new.

The intricate flavours and textures that delight the palate not only recount the passion for food and stories of the Indo-French family running the restaurant, but also pays tribute to the formidable work of its partners (farmers, producers, artisans, breeders, fishermen, beekeepers, brewers, …).

We welcome you at our table, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Culinary Studio

During our culinary workshops, we cook together, with spices, and then we sit to eat at the table together.
